Thank you for supporting Black Is a Team Sport (BIATS). If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blackisateamsport.org with your order number and reason for return.

Return Address

All eligible returns should be sent to our Houston Returns Office.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Items

Please note that custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
